We enjoyed the great location close enough to the city centre to walk and with free shuttle service. The attentive staff made for a fantastic experience, and the hotel facilities, including a nice swimming pool, were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, we loved the options for breakfast and the complimentary bottled water in the bathroom.
All good.

It was so peaceful and the grounds were beautiful. I loved the pool and the daybeds. The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was huge and the bed very comfortable. It was perfect location as far enough out of the main hustle of Ubud but not too far away that it was a hassle to get to the shops/restaurant. It was about a 25min walk from the Ubud markets which wasn't a bad walk. However they had a shuttle bus running every 2 hours so you could come and go as you pleased. I loved it.
They had only been open a week when I arrived so were still sorting out the breakfast. Some mornings it was a buffet and others you could only order one thing. The buffet was better.

No improvements needed; everything was perfectly fine.

Clean, brand new Hotel. A hideaway from the busy centre but a 10 minute walk and your in the middle of Ubud. Nice, modern design and not too many rooms.
The materials used are extremely cheap and of low quality. Like another hotel from this chain, we are afraid the hotel will degrade quickly. Hotel staff hardly spoke English.

We had a problem with ants in the room, it was resolved quickly. Breakfast was a little "skimpy"

The resort staff were friendly and the resort was an easy work to the centre of Ubud.
The breakfast menu was very a little disappointing, very little choice of cereal and bread types. The resort has only been open for a few months so I guess it is still trying to establish itself. The front of house staff did not speak great English so trying to communicate was difficult at times. The actual facilities were already showing sighns of wear. eg bathtub was cracked. The pool was little more than a lap pool and not very exciting to swim in. The room was very basic ut we did have wi fi connection in our rooms.

I really enjoyed the fantastic staff and their impeccable service. The resort was new and comfortable with immaculate landscaping. They also were not too far from the city center but in a quiet area. Free wifi. They also provided a computer for general usage and a dvd player in the lounge.
They had hefty charges for the services/food. The shuttle to town was not flexible in time or location which seemed a bit silly since it's a small resort.
